Head of Customer Succcess

The role will develop, communicate and execute Cydar’s Customer Success strategy. The role will be accountable for creating a bridge between the installation team, the technical support team and the sales team to ensure the customer has everything they need to use Cydar’s software and hardware effectively. This will involve programme leadership of the commercial and technical installation and on-boarding of new customers for the business – cross communicating with all groups of the company to deliver contracts and projects quickly, efficiently and accurately within a secure data and compliance environment. Driving company business and growth by managing projects with internal and external senior stakeholders.

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role involves working closely alongside the Customer Projects Manager to collaborate with Cydar staff to optimize the installation and operation of Cydar EV Maps (or other Cydar products) at new hospital sites around the world. The installation process is a cross-functional exercise, involving various Cydar departments and personnel who will work with the Hospital’s Key Stakeholders, ensuring that the project meets agreed deadlines and operating standards, and escalating any blocks or issues up to the Customer Projects Manager for rapid resolution.
